When pre-orders are available, kindly allow extra time for production and shipping, typically ranging from 4-9 weeks. Delays are more likely with pre-orders, but if we exceed the estimated time, you can request a refund.
We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Once an order is processed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we cannot take responsibility. For reshipment, you must purchase a new shipping label and send it to us via email (contact: 2crosssx@gmail.com) or on our Discord server.
International customers may incur duties and fees beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs or estimate them beforehand. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to determine any additional charges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are scanned by the postal provider. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your carrier to open an investigation.
